The aim is to monitor and ensure accountability of crude oil production and exports, increase revenue, and reduce oil theft. The project is set for completion in six months. The Nigerian government will also install software to track crude oil exports from loading terminals to final destinations, enhancing transparency in the oil and gas sector.
