Mumbai Police have filed a 3,299-page charge-sheet against four accused, arrested in connection with the Ghatkopar hoarding collapse in May, in which 17 people died and 74 were injured. The charge-sheet includes statements from 102 witnesses, including suspended IPS officer Quaiser Khalid and current GRP commissioner Ravindra Shishve. The hoarding was erected on Government Railway Police land, breaching the permissible limit of 40x40 feet stipulated by the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation.
