Montana Federation of Public Employees files labor complaint against DOJ and MHP over firing of union leader Trooper Alicia Bragg for sharing survey results.

A labor complaint filed by the Montana Federation of Public Employees (MFPE) against the Montana Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Montana Highway Patrol (MHP) over the firing of Trooper Alicia Bragg, a union leader, will proceed after a state investigator found sufficient evidence for a full hearing. The MFPE alleges Bragg was fired for sharing a summary of an MHP employee satisfaction survey with the union, violating a direct order. The Office of Administrative Hearings will determine if DOJ and MHP committed an unfair labor practice.
