Missouri Governor orders flags to half-staff in tribute to fallen Assistant Chief Matthew Tobben, who died during a water rescue, on July 13th.

Missouri Governor Mike Parson ordered U.S. and Missouri flags to be flown at half-staff at government buildings, Fire Fighters Memorial of Missouri, and firehouses in tribute to Boone County Fire Protection District Assistant Chief Matthew Tobben, who died during a water rescue. Tobben had an almost 20-year career in public service and participated in two daring flood rescues. The tribute took place on July 13th.
