Kozhikode CPI-M youth leader K. Pramod expelled from party over bribe allegations for PSC appointment. A businessman claimed Pramod collected the first instalment of a Rs 60 lakh bribe to make his wife, a homoeopathy doctor, a PSC member. The controversy reached the state assembly, with Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan stating appropriate action would be taken if wrongdoings occurred.
