A fast-moving fire destroyed a Philadelphia apartment building, leaving 50 residents displaced. The blaze broke out at 7400 Roosevelt Apartments complex at 9:30pm on Thursday and took nearly three hours for 140 firefighters to bring it under control. Three residents suffered minor injuries, and the cause of the fire is under investigation. The four-story building in the city's Northeast section had nearly 200 units.
