Everyday Finance DAC alleges its security staff were forcibly removed from a repossessed North County Dublin property by its owner, Mr. Joseph Kennedy, who re-occupied it unlawfully with unknown individuals.
A financial fund, Everyday Finance DAC, claims in the High Court that its security staff were forcibly removed from a repossessed North County Dublin beach-side property. The property at Brackendown, Portrane, Co. Dublin was allegedly unlawfully re-occupied by its owner, Mr Joseph Kennedy, who was assisted by unknown individuals. Everyday Finance DAC had lawfully repossessed the property last month with court orders.
