Energy Secretary Ed Miliband vowed to leave "no stone unturned" in searching for a green future for Grangemouth, after ministers from the UK and Scottish governments met its owners. A report called Project Willow, funded by both governments at a cost of around £1.6 million, will seek to explore low-carbon energy opportunities for the site. Grangemouth's oil refinery is set to close by 2025, with 400 jobs at risk.
