Dominion Energy South Carolina proposes a 1% rate increase for residential customers, effective Sep 1, along with a one-time $7.5M credit funded by shareholders for residential and small general service customers. The rate hike aims to recover rising costs of investments needed for reliable, secure grid systems. The settlement also increases Neighborhood Energy Efficiency Program budget by $3M over five years.
