Delhi Police register an FIR over a lewd remark targeting the widow of Kirti Chakra awardee Captain Anshuman Singh on social media. The National Commission for Women (NCW) took suo motu cognisance and filed a complaint with Delhi Police. The FIR has been registered under relevant sections of the Bharatiya Nyay Sanhita Act, 2023, and Information Technology (IT) Act, 2000.
