Delhi Police arrested a Chinese national, Yu Jia, for living illegally in India since 2019 after his visa expired. Yu Jia, who claimed to be HIV positive, was receiving treatment at a local hospital. An FIR has been registered and the Foreigners Regional Registration Office (FRRO) has been informed for further proceedings.
