1 dead, 20 displaced after West Oakland duplex fire on Friday morning. The 39-year-old man, who died, was found in the attic with smoke inhalation injuries. The fire started at 3:15 a.m. in a two-story Victorian duplex. 25 firefighters contained the fire within an hour. Seven adults and 12 children were displaced due to the fire.
