Ciaran Donovan, a man convicted for laundering over €900,000 from operating an illegal "dodgy box" TV streaming service, King Kong Media, has been remanded in custody pending sentencing. The service allowed thousands of users to access copyrighted Sky Sports, BT Sports, and other subscription television services. Donovan pleaded guilty to three charges of money laundering and is set to be sentenced in July.
