Chinese e-truck start-up Windrose Technology CEO Han Wen sees collaboration with Europe on electric heavy truck development as mutually beneficial in economic and environmental spheres. Windrose, which is expanding in Europe, aims to establish its European HQ and factory in Belgium, creating 3,000 jobs, and producing 10,000 electric trucks annually by 2027. Antwerp was chosen as the European center due to its logistics hub status.
