Amazon's AI shopping assistant, Rufus, is now available for all US customers in the Amazon mobile app. Launched in beta in February, the AI-powered chatbot assists customers with finding products, performing product comparisons, and offering recommendations. Trained on Amazon's product catalog, customer reviews, community Q&As, and external web information, Rufus answers questions related to products and offers updates on orders.
