65-year-old Terry Allen from Spring Mills, Centre County, has been found guilty on seven counts in relation to the January 6, 2021, Capitol riot. The charges include civil disorder, assaulting or impeding police officers with a deadly or dangerous weapon, and entering a restricted building or grounds with a deadly or dangerous weapon. Allen was acquitted of one count of assaulting an officer with a dangerous weapon.
