27-year-old Dylan Dukes, a teacher at Starr Elementary School in Anderson County, was arrested for stalking an 11-year-old former student. Dukes allegedly sent over 60 "love letters," gave gifts, and provided unwanted hugs. The Anderson County Sheriff's Office arrested him and placed him on administrative leave; the school district is cooperating with the investigation.
