Nova Scotia RCMP officer William McNutt, 39, faces charges of sexual assault and related offenses following an investigation by the Serious Incident Response Team. The charges stem from a woman's allegation that she was sexually assaulted by an officer she knew in 2023. McNutt remains suspended from duty and is set to appear in provincial court in Shubenacadie in September.
