22-year-old Caroline Marks, the Florida-born surfer and fourth-place finisher at the Tokyo Olympics, is set to compete in the Paris Games as the reigning world champion. Growing up in Melbourne Beach, Florida, Marks currently resides in San Clemente, California and is a more experienced and accomplished rider in her second Olympic appearance. She was initially passionate about horseback riding before surfing took over her interests.
