West Kelowna, BC, has appointed Ron Bowles as its new Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), with 20 years of local government experience. Bowles, currently the city manager of Brandon, Manitoba, will begin working remotely on August 15, joining in-person on September 16. His expertise and dedication to community development make him a great fit for West Kelowna's growth and development.
