A Fargo home on 16th Street and 3rd Ave S suffered heavy smoke and fire damage on Thursday evening. Firefighters arrived at the scene around 6:15 pm and found one person with minor injuries. The fire originated on the top floor, and crews had difficulty accessing the fire due to compromised stairs. The cause of the fire is currently under investigation, and the extent of damages is unknown.
