The Phoenix Suns have re-signed reserve wing Josh Okogie to a two-year, $16M contract. Okogie, a free agent, will return to the Suns after spending his first four pro seasons with the Timberwolves. The second season of Okogie's deal is non-guaranteed, and his signing increases the Suns' luxury tax penalty by $47M, making them the first team in NBA history with a $400M payroll.
