2018 Parkland high school massacre site demolished, preparations for future use underway.
The demolition of the Parkland school building where a 2018 massacre took place, resulting in the deaths of 17 students and staff members, has been completed. The site is now being prepared with sod until plans for its future are decided. The Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School building has been entirely removed following the tragic event.
