Kenya's IPOA appeals for reports of police involvement in unlawful arrests, abductions, and disappearances during anti-Finance Bill protests. IPOA Chairperson Ann Makori calls for eyewitness accounts and has received 10 complaints, 8 of which involve found victims with allegations of harassment and torture. One person, Joseph Mwangi, remains missing, and Inspector General of Police Japhet Koome has not commented.
