Late night TV hosts Johnny Carson, Jimmy Fallon, and Iowa native Steve Higgins will be sculpted in butter alongside the iconic butter cow at this year's Iowa State Fair. This unique tribute to the television personalities coincides with the 50th anniversary of the Main Sky Glider at the fairgrounds. The butter sculptures will share the spotlight with a sky glider seat sculpted out of butter.
