Delhi Police Special Cell arrested a traffic police officer & another person for transporting drugs near Zafrabad metro station. This comes amidst ongoing efforts to combat drug trafficking. In June, a non-bailable warrant was issued against Naresh Kumar, a sub-inspector in Delhi Police's crime branch, accused of running an international drug cartel; however, no evidence has been found of him leaving India.
