5 citizens, including a principal and a teacher, have been selected for JCPS Task Force to examine Jefferson County Public Schools' governance. The task force, created through House Concurrent Resolution 81, will review districts with enrollment above 75,000 students and make possible reforms ahead of the 2025 legislative session. The group will gather testimony from parents and policy experts and research similar districts in other states.
