25-year-old Greenvale woman, Tyler Garth, faces 292 charges, including fraud and misconduct in public office, after being accused of altering 2,500 driving fines on behalf of organised crime entities, such as outlaw motorcycle gangs and Middle Eastern organised crime groups. Garth allegedly accepted payments for falsifying fine nominations while working as a contractor for Fines Victoria's contact centre between 2018 and 2023.
