The annual Laki's Greek Taverna seats 200 diners, attracting visitors from the US, and has supported Acorns Children's Hospice and homeless initiatives. Inspired by his late father, who planned a similar taverna in Cyprus, Panayiotou aims to continue the project for 20 years.
