41-year-old Jeffrey Stott Brewer Jr. has been charged with breaking into a UCLA student housing apartment and sexually assaulting a female exchange student. The incident occurred at 2:40 a.m. on July 5 at Saxon Residential Suites, UCLA police confirmed. Brewer faces one count of sexual penetration by use of force and one count of first-degree residential burglary with a person present.
