12-year-old Diana ISD majorette, Amy Marzano, died after a non-activity-related medical emergency during practice at the elementary school gym.
New Diana ISD student, Amy Marzano, a dedicated majorette, died following a medical emergency during practice. The incident was not related to the activity and occurred at the elementary school gym. She was immediately transported to Longview Regional Hospital and placed on life support, but tragically passed away. Counselors will be available in the band hall on Thursday for anyone who wishes to speak about her passing.
