Vietnam's President To Lam arrives in Laos for a two-day state visit, strengthening the 62-year relationship between the two nations. This is To Lam's first trip abroad since taking office in May. During the visit, To Lam is expected to sign numerous cooperation pacts and hold meetings with senior leaders of Laos, including President Thongloun Sisoulith, Prime Minister Sonexay Siphandone, and President of the National Assembly Saysomphone Phomvihane.
