Builders' merchant company Travis Perkins has appointed former Taylor Wimpey CEO Pete Redfern as its new CEO, replacing Nick Roberts. Redfern, who has over 20 years of experience in the construction sector, will begin his role on September 16. During his tenure at Taylor Wimpey, Redfern transformed the company into one of the UK's largest housebuilders and helped it achieve a position in the FTSE 100.
