Tokyo police arrested two Vietnamese nationals, Vu Quang Quyen (33) and Bui Duy Cong (31), for allegedly stealing high-end sports bicycles. This is part of a string of thefts, with 70 bikes suspected to have been stolen for sale in Vietnam. The suspects admitted to stealing two bicycles from a Tokyo resident's home and disassembling them for transport to Vietnam, where they sell for high prices.
