Supreme Court stays Gujarat High Court order directing land recovery from Adani Ports in Mundra.
The Supreme Court has stayed a Gujarat High Court order that directed the state government to recover 108 hectares of land allotted to Adani Ports and SEZ in Mundra, Gujarat, in 2005. The Supreme Court has issued a notice to the Gujarat government and requires a response to the petition. Adani Ports had filed an appeal against the High Court order, requesting an interim stay.
