San Antonio police investigate suspicious death on Ackerman Road; man found dead, cause unknown.

San Antonio police are investigating a suspicious death on the East Side after a man was found dead in the middle of Ackerman Road near Interstate 10 East. Officers were called to the scene just before 10 p.m. Wednesday, when a passerby discovered the man's body. Police do not believe the man was hit by a vehicle, and are working to determine the cause of death.
