Perth Wildcats NBL franchise sold for $40m to alleviate Craig Hutchison's debt issues. Sports Entertainment Group (SEG) led by Hutchison agreed to sell 90% of the Wildcats to MT Arena Capital Investment Pty Ltd, a company associated with West Australian entrepreneur Mark Arena. The binding agreement includes a staged sale over two years, with $21m for a 52.5% stake to be paid by October 30 this year.
