Oxford: Botley Road, closed since April 2023 for £116m Oxford station redevelopment, will not reopen in October as initially planned due to delayed utility pipe and cable diversion. The closure, impacting local businesses, has also delayed the activation of six new traffic filters across the city on a six-month trial basis. Network Rail and Oxfordshire County Council must provide clarity on reopening and traffic filter plans.
