A newborn baby boy was found abandoned on a sidewalk in Manhattan, NYC, outside an apartment building at 515 West 23rd Street. The doormen found the baby, with umbilical cord still attached, around 3:20 a.m., and an EMT nearby was called to attend to the infant, who was later taken to Bellevue Hospital for evaluation. The baby was uninjured, and no arrests have been made as the incident remains under investigation.
