Judge dismisses PN's request for State Advocate to recover Vitals funds. Nationalist Party leader Bernard Grech says only a Nationalist government can recover the €400m given to Vitals Global Healthcare and Steward Health Care. The court ruled that it would be unconstitutional for Judge Toni Abela to order the State Advocate to open a case to recoup the money paid to hospital concessionaires.
