IHG Hotels & Resorts plans to grow its presence in Spain with four new properties, including Hotel Indigo Jerez, voco Granada, Holiday Inn Express & Suites Sabadell, and Retiro. These additions will increase IHG's room count in Spain by over 500, as part of its 10% growth target in Iberia. The new hotels are scheduled to open between late 2025 and 2026, showcasing IHG's commitment to the Spanish market.
