Chicago's South Side boil order issued due to water main leak at Roseland Pumping Station.
A boil order has been issued for parts of Chicago's South Side, including Beverly, Morgan Park, and Auburn Gresham, due to a leak in a high-pressure water main at the Roseland Pumping Station. Residents affected are advised to boil water for at least five minutes before consumption for activities such as drinking, making ice, washing foods, and washing dishes. Free bottled water is available for residents at Ridge Park. The boil order will be lifted once the situation is resolved and water quality is deemed safe.
