The pay gap between Australia's top CEOs and the average worker has reached its narrowest level in a decade, with the ACSI reporting that average ASX 100 CEO pay is now 50 times average adult total earnings, down from 55 times a year earlier. Despite the decrease, concerns remain about potential CEO remuneration growth due to the prevalence of bonuses in the coming years. Five Australia-based CEOs earned over $10m.
