Architect Matt Brook has unveiled a £1bn Salford towers scheme, featuring the UK's tallest tower outside London. The redevelopment project, if approved, includes a mix of residential, commercial, and leisure spaces, aiming to create a vibrant community and boost the local economy. The proposed plan comprises 10 buildings, including the 70-storey tower, which will accommodate 3,200 residential homes.
