Amarc Resources and Freeport-McMoRan have begun extensive drilling at Amarc's 100% owned Joy Copper-Gold District in north-central British Columbia. The joint venture aims to discover porphyry Cu-Au deposits through wide-spaced drilling across eight sulphide mineralized systems. The drilling program, fully funded by Freeport, targets the Northwest Gossan, PINE Trend, Canyon Deposit, Twins Deposit, and South MEX targets.
