Soucy allegedly assaulted the woman and confined them all inside the camper for over eight hours. Oxford County Sheriff's deputies responded to the scene after receiving a report of domestic violence and a potential hostage situation. The woman managed to escape with one child and report the incident to a stranger, who then contacted the police.
