Incident began with officers responding to a burglary and criminal damage report in Rylane, Abbeyfeale. Armed Gardaí used tasers to subdue the suspect, who continued to act threateningly. The man is held under the Criminal Justice Act 1984. The investigation continues, and GSOC has been notified.
