27-year-old Ana Consuelos has been arrested for her involvement in a deadly hit-and-run in east Charlotte on May 19, where she struck and killed 57-year-old Wade Burch. Consuelos was charged with felony hit-and-run causing death after police investigation found that she hit Burch while he was attempting to cross W.T. Harris Boulevard, and drove off without assistance.
