4-wheel-drive rolls into Lake Lyell, causing a 200ml oil spill; occupants safe, spill contained.

At Lake Lyell near Lithgow, a four-wheel-drive rolled into the water, causing an oil spill. Emergency services discovered the upside-down vehicle and the three occupants had safely exited the water. A small oil leak was absorbed by the Lithgow Fire and Rescue crew, with a small quantity of around 200ml. The oil spill was contained using absorbent booms, and the vehicle was removed from the lake by a tow truck.
