9-week-old American Bully puppy was stolen at gunpoint during a sale negotiation in Southeast DC. The owner arranged the sale on the 2800 block of Texas Avenue at around 9:30 pm, where the buyer, without the puppy wearing a collar, displayed a handgun and took the dog. D.C. Police recommend using Safe Exchange zones at district stations and Harbor Patrol station for exchanging goods and money to minimize risks.
